DoneLayer Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to delete an account created for the app DoneLayer (developer: nullpoai) and the data associated with that account.

If you can log in

You can start account deletion directly from the Settings screen in the mobile app or web app.

• Mobile app: Settings → Delete Account
• Web app: Log in → Settings → Delete account

Once you confirm deletion, your account and associated data will be deleted. This action cannot be undone.

If you cannot log in

If you have uninstalled the app, no longer have access to your device, or cannot log in, send a deletion request from your registered email address to the address below.

Please send the request from your registered email address so that we can verify ownership. After verification, we will process the deletion within a reasonably prompt period.

Data that will be deleted

• Account information
• Email address, if registered
• Anonymous user ID
• Saved task data
• Practice logs, task status, and source article information
• Stored data related to AI-generated tasks, classifications, and reports

Data retained and retention period

After account deletion, ordinary account data and task data are deleted. However, we may retain minimal records where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security response, or payment reconciliation, only for as long as needed for those purposes.

If Pro one-time purchases or legacy Premium purchases are offered in the iOS app, purchase and transaction records may be retained for the period required by payment providers, laws, accounting, or tax obligations.
